Hi! I'm Thurigah and I'm a junior doctor :) I am an enthusiastic and friendly person who has 4 years worth of tutoring experience. I personally have been on the receiving end when I was sitting my GCSEs and A-Levels and I understand how much of an impact a good tutor can make on both grades and confidence. I hope to help my students improve by creating a friendly environment where students can feel comfortable enough to ask any question they want. It is inevitable that some topics can be confusing and hard to understand, but I will try and simplify any topics that you need help with and tailor my tutoring sessions to suit your unique needs.

My sessions will firstly involve having a friendly chat with the student to get a better understanding of what they're finding difficult. This will help me to prepare for future lessons but will also allow me to get an understanding of their baseline knowledge. Once we have gone through a topic, I will encourage the student to attempt past paper questions to see how much the student has gained from the sessions. We will then go through these exam questions and assess how much extra support, if any, would be required for that certain topic.
