During my studies, it became evident that academic excellence is directly correlated to the work and time you give in and sacrifice. By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail. In school, teachers need to legally teach a set amount of lessons in an academic year, this means that there is going to be a lot of content in between that you are not going to be examined on.
Half of success is compartmentalising your time efficiently. I was far from the smartest person in school, nevertheless, I achieved excellent grades due to solely focusing on the learning objectives and quickly starting on past paper questions ahead of everyone else.
