I am very enthusiastic about teaching mathematics. I love working with students to help them understand concepts that they are finding difficult. 

I have around 4 years of experience in tutoring maths. I am always ready to help. I am adaptable to the way my students like to learn. I am flexible. I am a really passionate tutor. I have even done volunteer tutoring. 

In my lessons, I like to start by asking my students what they know about the topic we will be covering in the lesson. This gives me an idea of what my student know and don’t know. I like to then explain the topic well, paying closer attention to things they don’t know/ are finding difficult. I always do a few examples together. Making sure my student really understands how to answer the question. I will then give my student some questions to practice on their own. This helps me to make sure they can answer questions on their own. I will give homework, usually 1-2 worksheets. I am happy to mark any homework I set. In the next lesson as a starter I will give them a question on a topic that we have covered in our previous lessons. I like to explain concepts in a clear and concise manner, using my Ipad to aid my teaching. I can also help with school homework.
