I currently study Spanish, German and Portuguese. I have always loved languages and literature. I grew up bilingual (my mother is Italian) and, as my father is a pilot, I have had the opportunity to travel lots and experience various different cultures. My interest in literature is extensive - my favourite authors are Graham Greene, George Orwell, Margaret Atwood and Tennessee Williams (who is technically a playwright of course!). However, I am as interested in films as I am in books - I love foreign language movies (especially German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian ones) - but also enjoy a Hollywood classic or two, such as 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood' and 'Apocalypse Now'. I gained 4 A*s at A level (including top of the country in Pre U German), full marks in my EPQ and all A*s at GCSE. I also gained first class honours in my first and second year exams at university, including top of the year in Greek. Outside of academic interests, I am a competitive swimmer, I enjoy going for long walks in the countryside and love going out and having fun with my friends - can't wait to teach you!

Progress will be measured by their exam results and the teacher feedback that they get, from which I will be able to ascertain where and how they can improve. I believe that...
