About my sessions
I try to talk to the student before the lesson, to get an idea of what they would like from the session. This might look like a revision of some content followed by some practice questions. I am always happy for my students to ask me questions and let me know if something about the lesson isn't working for them. Then we can try to adapt together, and make sure that the student gets the most out of this tutoring experience.

We only take tutor applications from candidates who are studying at the UK’s leading universities. Candidates who fulfil our grade criteria then pass to the interview stage, where a member of the MyTutor team will personally assess them for subject knowledge, communication skills and general tutoring approach. About 1 in 8 becomes a tutor on our site.
